Bus information

If you booked bus transport with us when you purchased your tickets, please find the bus information below. From Melbourne CBD to RACV Cape Schanck Buses will depart from the pick up/drop off bay at Batman's Hill on Collins St, across from Southern Cross Station at 12pm on Monday, 26 February. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early. You will be greeted by B Lab AANZ team members — keep an eye out for the ‘B’ and Assembly signage. For those who are travelling straight from the airport to Southern Cross on the SkyBus, please allow 45 minutes for your journey. If you’re running late or having issues finding the bus, please contact Emma, on 0401 463 663. If you miss the bus, you are able to catch a train from Southern Cross to Frankston, and then catch an Uber or Taxi to the event. You can also hire a car from the airport. Please note, grab-and-go lunches will be provided upon arrival at Cape Schanck, but feel free to bring snacks for the bus ride. From RACV Cape Schanck to Melbourne CBD Departures from RACV will commence at 12:15pm on Wednesday, 28 February. Buses are expected to return to the city between 2 and 3pm. Please allow up to 3pm in case of delays. Grab-and-go lunches will be provided before buses depart.

Recommendations for flight times

Aim to arrive at Melbourne (Tullamarine) airport by 10am on Monday 26 February. For departures on Wednesday 28 February, please aim to depart no earlier than 4:45pm for domestic, 5:45pm for international to allow for traffic or delays getting back to the airport.

Onsite parking is available at RACV, and we encourage you to carpool where possible.

What's on the program

Check out the full schedule and make note of which sessions and activities you want to attend over on the program page.

We know there are more conferences than you have time to attend, which is why we’ve designed Assembly to be different. We’ve created an experience over three days to bring honest, open conversations, deep listening, and meaningful connection.

The conference is surrounded by beautiful nature and you are able to step away to be surrounded by trees within just a few minutes.

All sessions are opt-in. You are welcome to participate in a way that works for you, and are free to come and go as you please.

We've also allocated the Waxflower room as a designated parents room and quiet space.

If you have any accessibility needs that you didn’t include when booking a ticket, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Download the PDF version of the sitemap below to view the event space in more detail.
